Select electronic, mechanical or dual-wheel construction, then compare the available wheel sizes and factory models. Mechanical models are supplied as metric or imperial factory configurations; the finished unit does not switch between units.

Color, logo placement and packaging are reviewed together so the finished product presents a consistent private-label identity.

Product development

Move beyond surface customization when the project requires it.

For customer-specific structures or functions, our team can review the brief, assess tooling requirements and support in-house mold development. Scope, tooling ownership, testing and the sample schedule are confirmed before work begins.

Typical custom development or sampling lead time is 45–60 days after the technical brief is confirmed.

Order handoff

Confirm every production input before the 45-day lead starts.

For repeat configurations, production is normally 45 days after deposit. For a first private-label order, the schedule starts after deposit and all branding, packaging and manual information have been approved.
