Configuration
A released platform lets you compare documented model specifications before adding branding. Choose digital, mechanical or dual-wheel construction, then confirm wheel size, handle structure, counter layout and packing needs. Mechanical models are supplied in metric or imperial factory configurations; one finished unit does not switch between them.
Brand application
Confirm the color sample, logo artwork and method, package files and manual language together. These approvals turn a standard model into a consistent private-label product for your sales channel.
Product development
In-house mold development supports projects that need a customer-specific structure or function beyond the released range. Share the technical brief and intended application so our team can review tooling scope, sample testing and the development schedule. Tooling ownership is confirmed before work begins.
Typical custom development or sampling lead time is 45–60 days after the technical brief is confirmed.
Order handoff
The standard production lead is 45 days after the deposit is received and the approved model, color, logo artwork, packaging and manual inputs are complete. Send the model shortlist, quantity and destination market first; quotation and sample review establish the specification for production.
The standard MOQ is 500 pcs. Custom development or sampling time is confirmed separately from the production schedule.
