Incoming and preparation

Check components against the confirmed production requirement.

The team reviews key molded parts, wheel and tread components, rod materials, counters, fasteners and order-specific appearance requirements before assembly.

02

In-process inspection

Check assembly, movement and core functions during production.

Assembly checkpoints cover wheel rotation, counter operation, reset controls, joints, handles, stands and other model-specific functions. Issues found during production are separated for correction before final inspection.

03

Distance verification

Verify outgoing accuracy on a controlled 30-meter guide rail.

The factory outgoing inspection standard is ±0.3%. During the 30 m guide-rail test, measured error must remain below 0.1 m.

Test method and acceptance details can be reviewed with the buyer for the selected model and order.

04

Final and packing review

Match the finished order before it leaves the factory.

Final review covers product function, appearance, quantity, color, logo, packing, manual language and carton marks against the approved order information.

  • Function and reset check
  • Appearance and branding check
  • Packaging and accessory check
  • Quantity and carton-mark review
